Payment Information

• For smaller orders (under $300), 100% of payment is required before project begins
• For larger orders ($300 or more), 50% of payment is required before project begins.
  Icon images will be reviewed via image on icons-custom.com website. When all images are accepted by customer, balance of payment will be required. When complete payment is received, icons will be made available for download.

Time Frame

The time needed to complete a custom order can be anywhere from one week to six weeks (from when the initial payment is received).

The time to completion depends on the artists' schedule, the speed of the review process, and the quality of the customer's initial specifications.

To Order Custom Icons:

1. Decide what you need - make a list of the icons you want.
2. Find example images, if possible. Screenshots, websites, old icons, etc.
3. Be detailed! Give as much information as you can. Example: Let's say you order a horse icon. You tell the artist just "a horse". In your mind, when you think "horse", you see a brown horse, standing still, facing left. But the artist, unfortunately, cannot read your mind. He creates an icon of a white horse with black spots, running, facing right. You are not happy with the horse icon, and the artist has to start over.
   It would have been better if you had said in the beginning that you wanted "a brown horse, standing still, facing left", and better yet if you included a sample or description of the shade of brown you prefer. The most ideal would be a picture showing the approximate horse image you wanted (but that is not required).
4. Send your list, examples and information to
   Rita will review it and get back to you with any questions. When she is satisfied that she understands your project, she will give you a final price, a time frame, and send you a link that you can use for payment.
5. When you decide to place your order, you submit your payment, and then your work will be put on the schedule. Please note that work is not scheduled until payment is received.
